1. How to Top-Up

1. Select the amount of Ant Coins you want to purchase.

2. Enter your Game Account ID (Player ID).

3. Proceed to checkout and choose your payment method.

4. Once the payment is completed, the Ant Coins will be credited to your account within the specified top-up time.

2. How to Find Your Game Account ID (Player ID)

1. Log in to the game with your account.

2. Click on “My Profile” at the top left corner.

3. Your Game Account ID (Player ID) will be displayed.

3. How Long Does It Take to Arrive?

• Under normal circumstances, the coins will arrive within 1–2 minutes.

• Direct top-ups do not require logging out; you can check the credited items while playing.

• If it hasn’t arrived within 10 minutes or an automatic refund occurs, please contact customer service immediately.
